Manage Alerts - Overview

Configure Mondoo to send risk rating and policy change alerts to Slack, Microsoft Teams, Telegram, or custom webhooks.

Mondoo can send an alert to your team whenever something important changes in a space, so you find out about new issues (or improvements) without having to check the app. Mondoo sends an alert when:

An asset's risk rating gets worse or improves.
A policy is enabled or disabled in the space.

A risk rating alert is titled Asset Risk Score Regressed or Asset Risk Score Improved and reads "Risk score for asset asset name changed from old rating to new rating", with a link to the asset. A policy alert is titled Policy Activated or Policy Deactivated and names the policy and the space.

To start receiving alerts, integrate one of these messaging platforms with the Mondoo space you want alerts from. You find them in the Notifications category when you install an integration:

If your platform isn't listed, use the outbound webhook integration to post alerts to any HTTP endpoint.
