Why use ticketing integration?

When Mondoo discovers security issues in your infrastructure, you need a way to assign remediation work to team members. Mondoo's ticketing integration creates issues directly in your existing ticketing system, giving all team members the information they need to address security issues—even if they don't have access to Mondoo.

When you create a ticket from Mondoo, the system automatically includes:

  • Finding details and severity information
  • Asset information where the issue exists
  • Remediation instructions
