Executive Reports turns your live Mondoo data into a board-ready chapter on your vulnerability management program. Generate on demand and export each slide to PowerPoint or PNG.
Executive Reports is an organization-level feature. It is not available in the space navigation. To access it, navigate to your organization.
What it is
Executive Reports is the VM chapter of your board deck. It answers one question for the board and the CISO: is the vulnerability management program improving, and what is the ROI?
Use it to replace the quarterly scramble of hunting through dashboards, pasting numbers into slides, and writing narrative. The report renders against your live data; you export the slides you need into your existing board template.
What it isn't
A replacement for identity, AppSec, incident, or SOC reporting. The scope is vulnerability management: the program's trajectory, debt, velocity, and ROI.
What's in a report
Every report opens with a cover titled {Quarter} Security Posture (for example, Q2 2026 Security Posture), then four always-on content slides grouped into three sections, plus one conditional slide.
Security Outcomes from Agentic Managed Vulnerability Service
- Cumulative Remediations. Historical totals: how much has been done.
- Fix Velocity. How fast vulnerabilities are being resolved.
Fix Velocity, MTTR, and SLA figures in Executive Reports are scoped to critical-severity vulnerabilities only. This differs from other views in the Mondoo console, which cover all severities. Read these numbers in that context when comparing them to other console data.
Security Controls
- Controls Assessment. Compliance framework maturity: where the organization meets target and where gaps remain. This slide adapts to the frameworks you select in the wizard.
Executive Summary
- Executive Scorecard. Risk posture by business unit: SLA compliance across divisions.
"Business units" map to the spaces you include in the report. Each contributing space provides its own row in the SLA by Business Unit table, with its critical MTTR, number of open critical vulnerabilities, and SLA status.
Conditional slide
- Transformation.
{Company Name}'s Transformation(for example,Lunalectric's Transformation), using the company name you enter in the wizard. Your headline outcome for the reporting window: risk score over time against your target, critical vulnerabilities fixed and remaining, labor saved, and maturity progression against your pre-Mondoo baselines. The slide is included when Mondoo has data for it, such as remediation history in the in-scope spaces or a target risk score.
Export
Export the whole report at once, or export individual slides from the viewer:
- Print. Opens a print-ready version of the report in a new tab, where you can print it or save it as a single landscape PDF.
- Copy PNG. Copy one slide as an image to your clipboard for Slack, email, or Notion.
- PPT. Download one slide as a single-slide

Availability
Executive Reports is available to every Mondoo customer at no add-on cost.
