Ad-Hoc Reports
Generate on-demand CSV exports of your space's security and compliance data for use in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or any reporting tool.
Need a quick snapshot of your security data for a meeting, a stakeholder review, or your own analysis? Ad-hoc reports let you export a space's data to a .csv file on demand. Open the file in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or any tool that reads CSV to slice and filter your security and compliance data however you need.
Ad-hoc reports are one-time snapshots. If you need data flowing to an external system automatically, set up a continuous data export instead.
Generate a report

In the Mondoo Console, navigate to the space with the data you want to export.

In the side navigation bar, select Reporting.

Select the + button near the top-right corner of the page.

Under Space-wide reports, select Data export.

Optionally, customize the name of the .csv file.

Select the GENERATE REPORT button.

The export can take a few minutes for large spaces. Mondoo shows progress while the file is being generated. When it's ready, select the download icon on the report's row.
Manage reports
Mondoo keeps every report you generate within a space. You can return to the Reporting page at any time to download a previously generated report.
To delete a report, select the trash can icon on its row. To delete several at once, check the boxes beside the reports you want to remove and select the DELETE button.
