Vulnerability Description:
Vulnerability in the Oracle Spatial and Graph (gdal) component of Oracle Database Server. Supported versions that are affected are 19.3-19.31 and 23.4.0-23.26.2. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows low privileged attacker having None privilege with network access via HTTPS to compromise Oracle Spatial and Graph (gdal). Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in takeover of Oracle Spatial and Graph (gdal). CVSS 3.1 Base Score 8.8 (Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability impacts).
