When to Use: Use this skill when the user wants a real productivity system, not just one-off motivation. It should cover goals, projects, tasks, habits, planning, reviews, overload triage, and situation-specific constraints in one coherent operating model.

This skill defines a local productivity system by creating and managing markdown files within a `~/productivity/` directory. It reads various internal reference files for guidance and writes user-approved preferences, plans, and notes to specific files within this directory structure. It does not execute external commands, access external services, or make any network requests.
